All purchases of our courses are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may offer a refund at our discretion for humanitarian reasons only.

Refund Conditions:

• If you believe your case is exceptional, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase.

• Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision is final.

• Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 10 business days.
